The Lems Boulder Boot is a minimalist boot that supports natural foot health. This versatile and lightweight boot is flat from heel to toe, possesses a toe box that is widest at the ends of your toes, and is completely collapsible—the perfect footwear for trekking or other outdoor activities, or for around town.
The Lems Boulder Boot’s upper is made of 100% water-resistant nylon to help keep moisture away from your feet. The boot’s generous toe box is compatible with and allows you to experience the comfort and foot health benefits that come with . This barely-there, vegan boot contains no heel counter, toe counter, or shank, and it packs away easily, preserving space in your travel bag or luggage.
This accommodating and flexible-soled boot also works great in combination with other helpful natural footgear, including , or , and . The Lems Boulder Boot works well in temperatures as low as 15 degrees F (about -10 degrees C) when used with an appropriate sock. Each Lems Boulder Boot weighs about 10 oz.
Note: If you are new to using Lems footwear, we recommend that you , gradually building up your wear-time and giving your body the chance to adapt to the thinner soles and the increased workload on your feet.
To get the most out of your Lems Boulder Boots, the manufacturer recommends that you order a half-size up from your normal US shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a men's US size 11 shoe, consider ordering an 11.5 in the Lems Boulder Boot.
If you're on the fence about what size to order, consider ordering both sizes and then simply return the size that doesn't fit as well for a refund. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to contact us or Lems customer service.
Sizing Tip #1: To create additional roominess within the boot, we suggest removing the included (optional) boot liner/insole; this action does not, in any way, affect the performance of the boot. Optionally, and to enhance balance, posture, agility, and general foot/body awareness, you might consider adding thin, flexible Naboso insoles instead.
Sizing Tip #2: Correct Toes toe spacers will often add width and length to the foot. If you’re planning to wear Correct Toes with your footwear, we recommend sizing up, especially if you are on the border between sizes.
